The only pro working here was the few good people I met along the way. Other than that - leaving was the biggest pro.
Cons
Abusive, out of touch, destructive, manipulative, and ignorant leadership. Though once thought well meaning, it's now been clear over the past 5 years that they know what they are, and refuse to change accordingly.
