They use to have a wonderful program I was proud to suggest to those needing help with substance use issues until greed became the primary focus.

Cons

Micromanagement by managers with no education or experience . Authoritarian management style!

If you hang around long enough, you’ll slowly learn how to see through the manipulations and lies from the con man running this house of cards and if you eventually quit and make a livable income elsewhere you can take the knowledge learned here to become a con artist make-believe “serial entrepreneur” too

Cons

They miss payroll an average of 5-6 times annually, it’s a fun element of surprise added to your work-life balance. Don’t worry about your own bills, it’s all for the greater good so senior management can go on extravagant vacations and make the lease payments on Lamborghinis and rented mansions to continue pretending they’re rich. You’ll be expected to continue working through this though because congratulations, you’re fortunate enough to be a valued member of this exclusive team and finding enough staff to operate smoothly so you’re not overworked (and unpaid) is shockingly difficult for this well run, well oiled, supremely ethical and magnanimous leadership.
