Good people to work with been there a long time when the wolf family on them it was a great personalized group of people that care about the employee gatehouse only wants to lay off and save money with no raises which they don't care about their employees due to the fact that they don't care about the families that they didn't lost jobs or been laid off or going to be laid off

Cons

layoffs no raises no advancement no improvements in the product Lake trucks bad bad bad company to work for but they'll probably survive to the fact they're saving money wherever they can.

You have mediocre medical coverage

Cons

Was not a fair place to work as a woman. I would be in a room full of men and talk and it was like I didn’t. I was also told to “use what you got” while being looked up and down to get more sales. I left after a senior manager said we were making him look bad.
