      Terrible management, company does not care about employees.

      Pros

      Let you operate equipment without proper licensing. Which was nice because I got experience I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, hours are terrible. Continually put in dangerous situations I had not been trained for.
