      Easy to get hired due to understaffing

      Cons

      No opportunity for career growth, management will lie to you in interviews, only room for promotion is knowing somebody very closely and right place and right time. Upper management only cares about profit and will blame those lower on the corporate ladder without listening to actual reasoning.
