Pros
They reimbursed mileage / supposed flex time
Cons
You are expected to be on call 24/7 to facilitate coverage. They don’t tell you in the interview cause they want to keep you guessing. What they also don’t tell you is you will be asked and told to repeatedly break HIPPA and state laws by assuming and ordering you to go into the houses where you are not trained or certified because it’s your job. They do not care about work / life balance and tell you that you signed up for this and that you are required to be on call 24/7 because you are salaried. (No overtime or compensation is ever given) The management micromanages as well as yells at you in front of everyone. It is not a good work environment. And they might promise something but then turn around and tell you they never said that. Constantly gaslighting and fighting. Not worth it.
