      Pros

      Hourly rate is tempting but work conditions will soon make you regret it !

      Cons

      Micromanagers without any formal background in medicine. Very run down and dirty offices, everything falling apart. Lofty workload to deadline expectations with no budget for the actual cost of doing business.

      overtime pay means big paychecks, as much overtime as you could ever want, building relationships with the kids is super rewarding, mike is great

      Cons

      literally will work every day due to requirements. scheduled days off cannot be taken off more than 4x a year, theres always a chance (and its very likely) you will work on all your days off, management has favorites and it shows, supervisors like to be difficult just to be difficult, gossip spreads like crazy, cliques form and kids will hear all the drama
