Wonderful students, staff and teachers

Cons

Poor leadership. Constant complaining about staff, especially teachers Employees who have left for other jobs or career changes are bad mouthed. Watch your back, the knife is coming.

Leadership: incompetent Culture: toxic If 1990s management styles are your jam, you'd love this place. A model of "do as I say or else", power hungry and comfortable leaders, those with ethics and values are quickly rooted out or demonized.
