      - Is a fresh company, with young employees - Good working environment - Helpful colleagues - Good human resources practices (for example, many actions of social and environmental responsibility) - As a growing company, is a great place to begin your career (good opportunities for career progression) - International opportunities - Good wage policies

      - Much workload, but this allowed me to grow professionally and become more capable of facing challenges.

      Great opportunity to learn and evolve. Since I started working here, I've always had important responsibilities, which made me feel an important asset.

      Cons

      The Portuguese market isn't the most seductive right now and that can be seen in the salaries practiced by the company.
