An organization that says born in a university environment, was basically to get me to college to complicate my life as a professional and as a finalist student. Basically they are give me a word file, full of tutorials on my first day of work, and during one month they spoke only with me if I asked something. They said I would have a tutor to accompany me, but for a month the only person who helped me was my colleague's hand when I asked something. I'm just a newly licensed, but this will be the best way for a company to invest in a new member who just got out of college? At the end of the first month, as they do not want help in making final course stage, they fired me!!! Seriously they were born in a university environment? At least it has a microwave, refrigerator and water and bathrooms for workers lol.
