Plain to see that Gattaca are up to the same old tricks of protecting members of their sales teams who bill big, despite having been previously reported for inappropriate behaviour including but not limited to: recreational drug use at work events, racist comments, sexual harassment of young women in the office and ranking girls from 1-10 as they enter the kitchen. But they bring in cash, so it's fine. Just today an individual has posted their long service award on LinkedIn which jokes about having had '100 meetings with HR'. So it's not only acceptable to the business, but actually amusing to them that women and girls are not safe in their business. The same crowd they continue to reward with incentives and awards, despite the CEO being informed directly of many of their indiscretions. If you are a white male in this business with the gift of the gab you will get away with anything. If you're anything else, you can expect to feel silenced and dismissed in the face of harassment. Felt more unsafe at work events than after dark alone in a park.
