1.Get selected without offer letter in hand.
2. Offer letter will be only given for signature on the day of joining and will be taken back for keeping it in their files so that the employee can never leave the company.
3. On the day of joining as u have left ur company, ur given package will be reduced along with two hours of lecture given by the management.
4 . Start the work without kt and work as an all rounder. Learn all possible domains required for this company which are of no use outside.
5 . You can have tea and coffee only twice a day in company for which eveyday u have to fight alot if u dont like it .
6 . If u come to office one hour late quarter leave is deducted.
7 . 3 months notice period with no buy out option. As other companies only take basic for buy out this company takes ur entire salary for buy out.
7. Listen three hours of lecture if u want to take leave. Policies are just for company, s benefit.
8 . No bonus no reward, no hike for good work.
9. Its just like a rat trap. So please dont get trapped.
10 .No compensation, no benefits nothing .
11. A seven months pregnant lady is told to work for the company to complete her notice period and then leave.
12. If a company has no sympathy for pregnant ladies, it should be closed.
13. You will not receive ur relieving letter even after completing 3 months notice period.
