The CEO is not making any good decisions on the architectural division. Since he got into Vision Systems' industry he completely forgot about what is now call Gauzy Legacy

The CEO is a liar! He lies both to employees, vendors and customers about everything - the financial status of the company, the ability to pay salaries, the maturity of the product, even the fact that the product was bought from an external vendor and not an in house production!!! This is a major fraud that is driven by the CEO own ego. He collected a bunch of mediocre people, without any prior experience and gave them shiny titles to keep their mouth closed. It turned out that Legal, HR & Marketing were led by mid-level employees that turned to be C-level w/o any experience of.leading such an operation. The results are devastating
