Do they define who you are as a person and your success? Absolutely not! An uncapped commission structure that does not require you to pay back your base salary or withhold a draw prior to awarding payouts. Annual uncapped Bonus opportunity that is attainable and is prorated based on your first year start time. Healthcare benefit options that take effect immediately, are offered to contractors on the same level, and include a $250 monthly stipend to help offset premium costs. This is still a growing team that is learning and developing their culture. If you are looking for an overly structured environment with easy wins, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to coast on laid back metrics, this is not the place for you. Being a smaller team, everyone must work hard and it is easily noticed when someone is not contributing. Willingness to grow this team requires onsite work with earned remote flexibility. There is constant change and you must be resilient/motivated.
