Most everyone in the office is relatively laid back and easy to get along with. The job itself felt very stable- I generally knew what to expect everyday and enjoyed the job.
Cons
Very rigid work environment with little to no room to grow or feel like an individual. No onboarding or real training on company policy. Seems to be a power struggle between upper and mid-level managment- I never felt that everyone above me was on the same page about what duties/tasks were expected of me. Being extroverted is frowned upon. Unfulfilling and unrewarding. Not much innovation or forward thinking. Technology is way behind the times.
