Pros

Vendors bring you treats sometimes.

Cons

You must work out of the noblesville office if you want to have any kind of voice. The corporate office and other 10+ offices do not matter to the president. The president makes 100% of the decisions, and you would think the corporate office would hand down decisins and processes but that is not the case here. Communication policy requires all mass communication to go to vp/president before ever going out this causes delays.

Pros

Tailgates at Colts and Purdue games, decent benefits and some growth

Cons

Heavily under paying job. This is not for engineers. They are construction managers calling themselves engineers and thus the low pay. They pay between 38-42K/year to start and you will get 65 after 15 years of experience there. If you have decent education you better go elsewhere. You will hear F word every 10 minutes from some corner. Very unprofessional language is used here and the work culture is rough. Back biting is common and that is the way employees compete. I felt like i was working at Walmart
