Co-workers are nice people, location is good.
Cons
They overload employees with work above and beyond their assigned duties and roles, then literally blame them when things that go wrong bc they lack the expertise in the first place. They expect employees to work on weekends at the last minute notice. The total lack of trust, respect, empathy and appreciation for their employees make this place a toxic work environment. They have huge turnovers and talent losses bc of the terrible treatment of employees.
