Owner and his wife are very toxic he would arrange meetings over zoom and threaten to fire us because a select few of us weren’t being productive . There were many times that my paycheck didn’t reflect my hours and the owner and supervisors weren’t very knowledgeable about the candidates that we were calling on behalf of . GCO services offer no healthcare benefits or pto . At one point we had to sit on zoom all day with our cameras on while we took calls because the owner didn’t believe we were doing good enough work . Do not work for this company.

You will go over a week without any work, and they are barley transparent if at all.
