Agree with the other reviewer, the owner has absolutely no idea how to run a business yet almost anyone in management/with any power just bows to whatever she wants in order not to rock the boat, even though this very often means making poor business decisions. Never in my life have I felt more underappreciated or underpaid. Be prepared, they will not pay you enough to live on! Very petty. Also, the place is run like a prison… it’s a super oppressive and toxic environment. You can’t even take a personal phone call from say a spouse or your DOCTOR without being scrutinized. Everyone walks on eggshells.

Giltinian & family) are a day late and a dollar short all the time, do t have a clue about anything they don’t live In the real world and reality. Never in my life have I ever seen how a company can treat people as second class citizens like they do. The senior leaders have very limited skills and abilities and that’s putting it nicely. They have no business acumen to run and make decisions along with the owners to run and grow a business and it’s scary because the business could fall big time at any moment. None of them have any honesty and integrity......... President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin have more honesty and integrity. They lie and cheat and senior staff that eat lunch in back cafeteria talk very bad about the employees including the owner and family. Their entire leadership group have many unethical and very bad moral behaviors where if they were anywhere else and exhibited those same behaviors they would be fired immediately. Many former and current employees witness it all the time. All the promising talent that comes in soon leaves. I would even question how well they are compliant with regulations and guidelines to operate in medical device industry.
