Head office full of people with personal agendas. HR runs the place, they have no actual care or concern with the welfare of their staff. They really underpay the staff. Cost-cutting means they make less people do more work. Constantly making false promises to staff. Absolutely no career progression. Secondments are just to fill gaps for less pay. Nothing done about work place bullies.

There is no teamwork, management is terrible, customers constantly getting mad at us because it is cheaper at Dan Murpheys. There is a lot of dust throughout the store that never gets cleaned. No one is motivated to work there including team leaders who take countless number of breaks. I have worked there for 3+ years and never had a performance review. It is impossible to grow whilst your in this job, both mentally and in position.
