Pros

It's a job, the tips are okay depending on the shifts you work, and the waiting staff is animated and friendly.

Cons

It's a server job, so you don't get an hourly wage, the tips aren't consistent, and seeing how it's in Sarasota, a lot of the costumer-base is meh.

It is a Team orientated, busy and excellent company with a friendly working atmosphere, diversified staff and good pay rates.

Cons

it was difficult obtaining hours, and the hours were not that satisfying to begin with.

Chance to work with friends. Ability to mingle with many different types of consumers. Opportunities to build relationships with many different customers.

Cons

Often times in the service industry you will be faced with an individual who no matter what you do when providing them a service will leave angry and not leave money for you.
