I worked here for a long time, and between poor conflict resolution skills and unrealistic sales targets, it was not worth it. All these people care about is money, your wellbeing always comes last. The owners pretend to care but it’s all a facade. They “don’t believe in mental health” and say it’s an excuse, they also make you feel so guilty for being sick and needing time off. Small issues are always blown out of proportion, good work is never good enough, and professional issues are always dealt with through personal emotions. There is zero work/life balance. They said coming to work, doing your job, then leaving is “unacceptable” since this is supposed to be a career not just a job, yet they pay you less than an Amazon employee. They have a strict “no gossip” policy that they themselves don’t follow as they will talk about you to other employees behind your back in a negative light. When you finally stand up to their bullying they shut you down even further. HR is nothing but a lapdog for the owners and cannot be trusted either. I’ve never been treated worse in a workplace before. No amount of money is worth working for these people, their egos are bigger than any amount of success they’ll ever have running this place the way that they do. Just, don’t.

Pay is awful for the amount of money you make the company, the clients are 85% monsters, and the owners are so far removed from the real world it is scary. Big company built from the owners' husband's bankroll, carried by kissing butts of rich people. Highest turnover rate of employees I've ever seen. They don't want employees that are good at their jobs- they want robots without emotion or feelings
