Pros

In the past, this organization dangled the carrot of lucrative compensation packages, including generous bonuses, in order to attract and retain talent. Regrettably, it now appears that the company is grappling with significant challenges in terms of sales and revenue. As a result, the once-competitive pay and bonus structure has been drastically reduced, if not entirely eliminated. This betrayal of the workforce's trust and goodwill is a clear indication of the organization's deteriorating financial health and its utter disregard for the wellbeing of its employees. The prospect of employment at this organization may initially appear enticing, particularly to inexperienced newcomers. The company likely projects an image of prosperity and opportunity, dangling the allure of global travel and the ability to contribute to the CEO's grand vision. However, this facade of success and fulfillment conceals a profoundly exploitative and dysfunctional reality. In truth, the company's priorities lie solely with serving the self-aggrandizing ambitions of its top leadership, with utter disregard for the wellbeing and professional development of its workforce. The promise of a "prosperous future" and the chance to "contribute yourself" are nothing more than empty platitudes, used to lure unsuspecting employees into a system that values their labor solely as a means to an end - to elevate the status and prestige of the executive suite. This organization has perfected the art of deception, presenting a veneer of opportunity and growth, when in reality, it operates as a callous machine, grinding down its workforce in pursuit of the CEO's personal dreams and vanity projects. The sheer cynicism and betrayal inherent in this approach is utterly reprehensible and deserving of the strongest condemnation

Cons

The overtime demands placed upon the frontline staff are egregiously inhumane. The Human Resources department exhibits a vanilla, superficial veneer, feigning friendliness while engaging in excessive flattery. Regrettably, the vast majority of middle managers appear to be preoccupied with playing political games on a daily basis. The few competent individuals have either been forcibly removed or have chosen to escape this toxic environment already. The top-level executives endeavor to project an image of attentive leadership, claiming to listen to the concerns of the workforce. However, this is merely a facade, as they are clearly disingenuous in their actions and demonstrate a profound lack of genuine care or regard for their employees. This organization has devolved into a profoundly dysfunctional state, exhibiting a complete disregard for the well-being and fair treatment of its frontline staff. The sheer extent of the exploitative practices and managerial malfeasance is utterly appalling and demands immediate rectification.

Pros

Good benefits, flexible schedule, PTO is adequate but not above-average.

Cons

I was fired after less than 6 months and I'm not sure why, as there was never any formal documentation regarding my performance (or the lack thereof). What I do know: One of my mentors threw me under the bus for asking him to reschedule a meeting because I had to take one of my dogs to the emergency vet (the dog had been having seizures for ten minutes). And both he and a second mentor were quite hostile to me the whole time I was there - between that and the lack of training I received, it was extremely difficult to do my job. Neither of them was ever clear about exactly what their expectations were. I can't tell you how many times they told me I needed to ask more questions, instead of just telling me what they wanted. It is impossible to succeed under these circumstances.

Pros

Some peers are nice and friendly

Cons

HQ(in China) management is good, but the US region management you not gonna believe how bad they are. The core pain point for painful project deliveries is the sales team constantly oversell/over-promise the project (by a lot), but yet, the higher up management is just gonna ignore that’s the fact why US region has so high employee turnover rate, maybe they tried but failed because their incompetence, then ask employee to work 13 hours per day try to make customer happy. if you think working extensively hard and make achievements would make your boss happy then you are dead wrong, cause there is 0 to none work appreciation, all the management care about is their KPI and keep BS the pie in the sky. The autonomous robot/AI is just another lie, there isn’t any AIML stuffs you can learn in the US region, everything is in China(HQ). All you do all day long is BS customer, if you think BS is all you need then you should join cause that’s the only thing the management level is good at.
