Pros
Company has a great culture in the main office. Technicians are supported as much as possible both with technical learning and sales/customer training. Most regions have a large enough tech team that new technicians can rely on other local techs for learning and good socializing in the job. Management does not push techs to sell unneeded equipment to customers, customers needs are expected to be put first in every tech job and met with appropriate resolutions, whether it is time for fixing issues or the sale of new/replacement equipment.
Cons
Technicians' schedules can change at short notice and can vary widely day to day or week to week. This is outlined when interviewing / starting but some people may still view this as a negative regardless.
