The engineering team is remote. The people are nice. The tech team is talented, supportive and promotes diversity.
Cons
There is no one with software engineering experience in a leadership position--most issues I encountered fell out of this in one way or another. There is nowhere for a software engineer to advance in the company. There is poor communication between business and engineering--but, again, this falls out of needing a manager with software engineering experience.
