      Pros

      Very supportive management. Offered a path for growth, and guidance to get there. The staff were also great to work with.

      Cons

      Not much here. If you've worked in manufacturing, it's pretty much the same across the board. Run hard and meet goals.

      Avoid this place at all costs.

      Cons

      The smell in this factory is unbearable. Extreme heat. Extreme cold. Very unsanitary environment. Extremely dirty bathrooms with no ventilation. Forklifts almost hitting you every time you step out on the floor. Very loud noises. Extreme work conditions. Believes you are replaceable. Doesn’t value a college education. Horrible benefits. Lazy managers. Things break and won’t be fixed for months. Place acts like you are incompetent and can’t read or write. Please avoid at all costs, waste of time. It is Freddy Krugers factory. Very scary place with uneducated people.
