Pros
The benefits at Geiger are great because they are a part of Herman Miller. Because they manufacture high end wood office furniture, your work area/office will be exceptional. Geiger's employees are friendly to one another and helpful.
Cons
Geiger cannot establish itself as a stable employer because of the constant turnover of senior management. About the time employees get used to a team leader, there is a change and the relationship building starts over again from the beginning. This happens company-wide, and is a major disruption to the day-to-day building of the business. Not only do employees feel this disruption, but Geiger's customers are aware of it, too.
