Not a great place to work if you want to feel valued. Going the extra mile doesn’t get acknowledged and if it does someone else takes the credit. Management has no idea what they are doing. They can’t maintain a steady staff. The fire people for cause and bring them back. Maybe that should be a pro because you can royally mess up your job and still get rehired. Morals and ethics are questionable.
