Someone who is smart enough to take the lead on a project that lies on the outer fringes of technological possibility one month, and perfectly willing to then kick it back and write some python scripts a few months later. Well, my friend, this company is your dream come true. No degree required, just genius. The whole team is wonderful to work with, personality is just as important as qualifications in the hiring process. The management cares about your own personal growth and well being. We're a software contracting company, not every project you work on will be checking off your next biggest dream... But they do actively try to make it so most of them are, that should actually be a pro.
