In my 6 years with this organization I have been encouraged to foster my own personal commitment to ensure that our brand is represented at the highest level. Year after year, with my increase in knowledge and gained experience the standard to which I hold myself has risen. The environment breeds a sense of familial camaraderie and leaders are visibly working hard alongside everyone else.
Cons
Never have I worked in an office where so many second chances are afforded to individuals only to end up witnessing as they self destruct unable to rise out of the ashes. There is compassion here, but we can't forget the main objective is to satisfy our customers. Egos aside, at the end of the day we are here to do whatever it takes to achieve our goals.
