Good location, some great people work/worked there that are not Family or friends, free nail polish.
Cons
Nepotism from the top down, no performance reviews even though the Employee Handbook states that will happen, no pay increases - ever, no 401(k), no management meetings unless they're mad at management, overall a very negative work environment with no opportunities for training or growth.
