      Pros

      Smaller class sizes potentially allow teachers to really get to know the kids.

      Cons

      So many cons. Extreme micromanaging, no trust in teachers, insane workloads, constantly under someone's thumb and magnifying glass. Very unsafe and dysfunctional. This place will make you question your career and abilities as a teacher. Everything they advertise is a lie. The culture is AWFUL and students feel it and end up acting out because of it. That, and they are on computers all day.

      Enjoyed the students and coworkers

      Micromanaging off the charts, require you to do extra work, talks down to their employees, very unprofessional administration a lot of crude jokes, also they tell their employees to write positive reviews so be mindful of that.

      Great Experience, Horrible Burn Out

      Pros

      Opportunities to learn skills you wouldn't otherwise have the chance to. Operations team is supportive, kind, and leans on each other. Supervisors coach you daily on your professional growth, and try to protect your personal time. Some paid breaks like Spring Break & Christmas Break.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible and doesn't match the level of work needed from the position. There is a culture imbalance if you don't have the same level of education as other employees. The workload is so high that you burnout quickly.
