This was one worst places to work. No support from Upper Management, But don’t worry I’ll tell you how bad you’ve done, and explain you should have done better with no support.

Minimum benefits and below work market pay. Heavy MICROMANAGMENT and no respect. Management bullying and pressure. Disrespect management behavior to employees. Your manager can easily discriminate or disrespect communication in front of all employees on the floor. Absolutely favoritism here. Conflict of interest: HR always support the management its mean nobody cares about bullying, harassment, and disrespect
