The best place I’ve worked – people really do come first, and the missions we all work towards feel meaningful.
Leadership trust you to get on with what you’re good at – no micromanaging.
Values aren’t just talk – things like leading with empathy, making a difference, and being inclusive genuinely guide decisions day to day.
You can be yourself – no pressure to fit outdated ideas or models.
Forward-looking leadership that creates a safe, supportive environment where people can thrive.
Cons
No particular cons from me — I’m aware no company is perfect, but I’ve always felt leadership genuinely care and thoughtfully address issues when they come up.
My recruitment process was over 2 interviews. One value based interview and a competency based interview. Both interviews were well structured and aimed at finding more about my background, areas of tech expertise and interests. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable and overall felt like we were having more of a discussion rather than the traditional interview. The CEO, Dave is very much reachable and the company has a very organic feel to it.
