Friendly people. Remote-friendly work. Exposed to clients who are genuinely excited to work with you.

Cons

Disorganized management. More priority over closing a sale vs. client and team experience. As a project manager, you get the blame for a lot of management's bad or uninformed decisions. Poor pay and benefits.
