Where should I begin? The company went from a great startup a few years ago to a complete failure. Most of the positive reviews on here are not real and being posted by the marketing team. First off, the company hires incompetent kids early 20's that have no idea what they’re doing. Almost all release are botched and produces tons of bugs and issue, customers are pissed off, nobody cares. The managers are quick to blame and fire their people for their own failures or oversight, the turnover is horrendous. Anyone still staying is only because of pandemic risk. The old employee's that made this great have left. Bonuses you can forget about, not happening! Only management gets bonuses. Any promotions are either done through brown nosing or kissing behinds. I've seen so many people bypassed that rightfully deserved them. It's sad! Let’s talk teams. Sales, it's the blind leading the blind no idea how to get more business. SRE's/Tech OPS these guys deserve a metal for the garbage they put up with. Yet little to no recognition or promotions, salary bumps. TES complete joke, run by incompetent people who just smile, wave and know nothing, not really sure what value they produce. I once asked the director for a simple explanation never heard back. Engineering, well what can you say... can you actually produce something that doesn’t break lol. QA, just a name... they don't know what they’re doing, they once to run a DB query for a QA DB... seriously?!?? you can’t do that lol. Customer Support, more like Customer Joke... They respond to customers without reading anything, rely on other teams to do their jobs, what else can you expect from kids you are barely old enough to drink. Owners and management, the twins have lost control of their company they have no idea what's going on, they hired a couple of big names to make it look like they have incredible people working for them but in reality, they sit there, do nothing, and collect a big check. The cool-aid drinking is high here, if you are not doing it you quickly axed. I'm just glad I’m out, there's nothing that would bring me back. This is not the great company it was. Stay far away, there's nothing good here! Just great health insurance... that’s it!

Leadership has no idea what they are doing, and management is (for the most part) concerned with saving their butts by stroking the founders’ egos. Complete lack of self-awareness or ability to deal with issues. No product management, no strategy, no competent people in key growth positions… everyone just shrugs. In the vacuum of leadership, competency, and integrity; we seem to have gossip, backstabbing, and politics. Very Trumpy. There are a few awesome people at Gemini trying to do good work, but the people with personal connections to the founders (and their family) sideline the people who poke holes and try to improve the company.
