Pros

They have great coffee and its free. As a bonus - annual employee appreciation day in the summer, they have an on site free lunch where they give you a lobster.

Cons

1.) My office was so small, if I backed up my chair I'd hit the back wall 2.) $8,000 deductible on the health plan and if you used you'd get into some type of coaching session regarding exercise, life styles, etc 3.) The whole day would go by and not one coworker would say "hi" .. to anyone in the group. 4.) One day I "chatted" for about 3 minutes to a co worker and a few days later I was called in the office for extensively "chit-chatting". 5.) The group was a technical group and when a technical matter would come up a technical manager in the company would smile and reply "not my worry, I'm not technical". 6.) The first job I've had in my professional career where I was delighted when the Friday 5 O'clock whistle blew. 7.) My mentor who was the one who "guided me" withheld critical pieces of information from me (like passwords to the server) and also had difficulty speaking English. He also feed me wrong information to help get me to screw up 8.) I wrote software for these guys and if you can believe this one - my Mentor wouldn't even let me start fresh and get the latest source code from the server (to this day I don't even know what software version control system they were using)! Instead I had to start off using the code that was local to another guys computer and had >500 errors when I tried compiling it. (The computer belong to someone else who got fired and I had no clue what the state of his setup was). 9.) Even when lunch time came my co workers would hunch over their food in their offices and never say a word to anyone! Zero "chit chat" even at lunch time! 10.) They only match 0.5% on the 401k plan.

Pros

Free coffee. Not much more to write here, just trying to find 20 words as there's really not much to add here

Cons

Lousy benefits. Office so small, I couldn't even back my chair up from my desk. If your reading this, stay clear unless your desperate. Until I got hired here I never watched the clock. This place, I couldn't wait until the 5 o'clock whistle blew ... it was pain full. At the time I write this review, they've been trying so hard to fill a software engineer slot, for a long time now. If you make the mistake of thinking the offer means something, look closely at the benefits they offer. Even though you get hired as a professional, in the software group, if you get caught talking even for a couple of minutes, you'll get corrected for it. This place is really a horrible place to work.

Pros

Everybody is willing to help you - even with masks on and people don't know who you are yet, they stop you in the hallway to see if you are lost or need to find somebody. I've been working for 20+ years and feel I've finally found a great company that even when things get a little bumpy, they know how to pivot to be successful. I've learned a ton from the team and feel that everybody is ready and willing to step in and help out when somebody is feeling the pressure. We're a small company but with the energy and optimism, I feel like we can do anything.

Cons

If you're not the kind of person who can figure things out on your own, this may be a challenging place. We're always trying new things and new ways to improve and I find myself on Google to look things up. I find that I thrive in environments that are very open to new ideas which I feel is a great way to learn and to always improve.
