Working with a tight knit group of people to resolve complex (or not so complex) problems. Customers are very friendly. Flexible hours if needed. Approachable upper management. Fun job atmosphere. Travel frequently. Never stuck behind a desk too long (Field Tech) Biggest Pro **** PAID TRAINING****

Fast paced. Must be multi-tasker. After hour emergencies.

I love working here. The atmosphere in the office is ideal - the head network technician is always willing to help us when we need it and everyone chips in without complaint. It's rare to work at a company where the employees are so dedicated and loyal to their employers.
Cons
Multitasking is a must. At times the number of tasks to be completed in small time frames can be overwhelming.
