Pros

- Good/friendly work environment. - 100% Remote work. - Supporting team and management, everyone wants what's best for you and for the company. - Ability to fast track career by having access to different opportunities within the team. - Great company culture;

Cons

- Autonomy is a huge part of the company's culture, not being autonomous will make you a bit lost at first (advice: the more questions you ask and the earliest you ask them will help with this).

Pros

- Friendly hiring process, the interview part felt more like a conversation and less like a Q&A. - Flat hierarchy, CEO and management always reachable and extremely lovely. - Competant colleagues that you can learn from and help you grow. - Challenging work that keeps you constantly stimulated and provides growth opportunities. - Remote and flexible, as long as you are doing your part, syncing with your team, and keeping enough time overlap, you're flexible to work when and wherever you see fit. - Great compensation and benefits with the stability of a local job.

Cons

- Things can get a little busy from time to time.

Pros

The interviewers were really nice but they will just waste your time

Cons

I applied online. The process took tooo much time 3-4 months. I had a quick call with hr member asking about my experiences and salary then i passed a technical quiz about DevOps tools. Then a one-hour technical Interview, I got positive feedback from the CTO. The l passed another culture fit interview, during which I answered all questions very well and got positive feedback also. Then they called me to discuss a pre-offer we spent one hour in the meeting and they told me that I still have to pass to other intreviews with the client directly to get the offer, I accepted and I passed the first technical Interview, it went very well I got positive feedback , the interviewer said that he will contact me and after more than 2 weeks I got rejected with feedback but it wasn't real at all the interview went well I'm certified in all the toold that he asked me about but he said he would pick someone with more experience bla bla bla, it was the biggest waste of my time
