Those that seat in an office with leadership roles need to be replaced. Unless you鈥檙e part of the settlement group you won鈥檛 make it. Those that need to be terminated only get promoted after being called racist multiple times by different people.
Not steady work. Hit or miss. You might start out as a day driver, local, but they will push you into night work or OTR. Benefits are terrible. Turnover is high. It is almost like they have no business plan, just trying to get whatever to keep the trucks moving.
