The overall experience so far has been truly great. It emphasizes the importance of considering the broader context and long-term vision, rather than dwelling solely on perceived shortcomings. I've never seen a CEO dedicate themselves as tirelessly as ours is currently doing, striving to ensure employees are well-supported in terms of compensation and benefits, as well as fostering the growth and development of the company. Every committed team member provides support to one another.
