      Low pay. It is possible you get hired by a disorganized and unprofessional client. My experience with my client was a nightmare and never got put on a project. Contract lasted 6 months and then ended. Given I had to relocate for this client, I was stuck with an apartment lease in a new city AND gained absolutely no experience. Complete waste of time. This is fault of the client, however, and not Genspark. Genspark is a great company.

      Management was a mess, contracts we're difficult to find, and a most of the time was hands off training.

As for your concerns, we take these very seriously and have been working our team to address them. Regarding training, our model includes portions that are self-guided to simulate what it's like to learn on-the-job before being assigned to a client. But if a learner ever gets stumped, our instructors are always there to assist on a 1-on-1 basis. With your feedback, our instructors have increased their emphasis on live training to encourage better material absorption. Thank you for your input!
