      Pros

      While things started out a bit rough for me my first few months, things have been awesome since the management changes have taken place. Genalta has evolved to include a team of super exciting, diverse, and intelligent group of people. There is not a day that goes by that I'm not intellectually stimulated. Now that we have a new leadership team that no longer screams and values "work/life/balance"; I must say I'm not only more productive, but I love coming to work.

      Cons

      The Administration department creates programs that are designed for a Fortune 500 company. Luckily the CEO and President have been slowly been ratcheting the "make-work" corporate initiatives and less useful training sessions to more realistic levels.

      Pros

      Very open and transparent workplace and management team, who are very supportive of employees. High expectations of staff. Virtually unlimited growth potential for both employees and company.

      Cons

      Potentially long hours if driven to succeed or when meeting tight deadlines in this high growth company.

      Friendly and helpful staff (most of them), workload reasonable, work/life balance is good

      Cons

      Pay okay but a bit lower than job market standard, you're micro-managed, benefits could be better, company in a volatile market, poor decision making and too much re-work, closure of engineering office was done without proper transition or hand-off of projects, working with some people that lack knowledge in their actual field/discipline
