Pros

The girls I worked with were great! We all connected so well and had such an awesome rapport. We really were our own little family.

Cons

MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL!!! They are NOT trustworthy. Lies, Lies, and more LIES. They make it seem like its "ok" to be upfront about your issues, but if you are not completely onboard with what they want- You Will Be Transferred.

Pros

Clientele is really loyal, the atmosphere is a lot less drama filled than other salons I have worked at. You can specialize in color or cut.

Cons

Scott Missad is the current CEO there and you, as the employee, are unimportant to him. He told everyone that if they have any concerns at all, to come to him. A friend of mine did just that and after he heard he out, he said, "if you don't like it that much then why don't you just leave?" Getting time off is very hard too.

Pros

I made great relationships with my clients. I made some long lasting friendships with fellow co workers.

Cons

Where do I even start. Do not expect to ever see a pay raise working here. Do not expect management to speak to you unless its something negative to say. Management also plays favorites big time, so unless you kiss *** you will get no where and they will go out of their way to find any little reason to get rid of you. when i was "let go" my manager straight up lied to me telling me the entire department no longer existed so i would have no job to come back to after my maternity leave. Later finding out that was a lie and of course the department was still there, no one in this entire company seemed to be worried what they had done was illegal. I have never been more embarrassed to have ever been affiliated with a company in my life. I have never been treated more poorly by a company who goes out of their way to make it clear they could care less about me as an employee. There is a reason so many people are constantly coming and going since there has been a new owner.
