      No pros to working here

      Cons

      Dishonest and misleading as far as onboarding and educating new developers, CEO full of himself, Insane expectations and deadlines, lack of effective communication, mismanaged projects. Expect to walk into a mess and get thrown under the bus, where you have to sit and listen to the CEO mock the rest of the world and complain as to why we all aren't as smart as him.

      Although you were not an employee, we appreciate the feedback and we share your frustration. It was a tough 2 weeks of trying to work together. We sincerely hope the company you work for who placed you as a contractor on one of our projects is able to find a better fit for you with another great company.       Pros

      The people here are friendly and approachable. Recently started working with them and can see myself progressing in the future. I find myself enjoying being at work.

      Cons

      Clients can change quickly and if you don't keep up you might feel left out.
