Free food from all the good places in NYC Frequent homeruns on the deal side
Cons
Some management through motion (move fast, fire some people, adjust/fix later or not or do over) Many great people left or were pushed out - I wish they could have been retained Very political - merit / results should be fairly rewarded, not creative status reporting nor blaming others. Technology - having knowledgeable, nice, smart and respected people leave is hurting the firm.
