      It's best for local not global. And work culture is very good

      Gic is good company for Maharashtra, not for outsider. Some people are not compatible with you, they have big attitude

      On time salary Salary offers is higher than market

      Cons

      No refreshment time. Worst attendance policy. No leaves in probation. We have to disclose personal reason also for taking leave. Senior people showing they have lot of knowledge but they don't know the time required to do task they assign. More non technical work than technical work. Worst process & planning of doing work.
