      Old School Company - Good and Bad

      Pros

      Generally an easy job. You dont have to have a lot of product knowledge to be able to perform well. Anyone with basic computer skills, can answer a phone, and can sit in a chair for 10 hours will succeed.

      Cons

      10 hour days, and PTO system here is a joke. 10 days for 10 years? Really? How much you enjoy your time here directly depends on your branch manager. Mine was the last one to arrive, and the first to leave. As a result, a lot of the work i was doing had his name on it - one of the (many) reasons I left

      Small company, family run.

      Cons

      Small company, they expect you to do everything and not give anything in return. Family run, if you are apart of the family you get paid alot and dont do much.

      Pros

      Excellent culture at the company. So many great personalities that come together with a passion for what they do. It is a company that will give you the resources to advance in your career. From the owner of the company down to the newest employee everyone is treated fairly. For a large company there is a family vibe. No place I would rather work.

      Cons

      Less time off than most companies.
