      Good place to get started

      Pros

      If you don’t know a lot or are just out of welding school this place will work with you and help you learn. Very comfortable work environment where you are not rushed.

      Cons

      The pay is low, benefits are not as good as everyone says. Opportunity for advancement is nonexistent. To management you are just a cog in a machine. OT is not always available

      Great Benefits. Relaxing work environment. Great leadership. Very open, financially, with employees.

      Cons

      Subjective - Location. If you like Crystal Lake or the surrounding area you will really enjoy working for this company. If you don't want to live anywhere near there it may become a hassle for you.

      There are some good people in other departments. Sometimes lots of work to keep a person busy

      Very hostile environment, most of the shipping and receiving team is lazy and dont do there jobs.
