      Pros

      Working on lots of new things and meeting new people in a different environment every day .if you don't want a personal life and are ready to drop everything your are doing to go make the company money and next to nothing for yourself this company is for you.

      Cons

      This company like many in this industry is all about their profitability and office staff. The only people with any real skill the technician will be worked into the dirt . Pto and benefits are bad with no room for upward movement because the company is a revolving door and you become to valuable to move out of your roll because the company can't keep technicians.

      I apologize for your experience. We recognized that we had room for improvement, so we made many changes to make employment with General Parts a more enjoyable and balanced experience. We hired a new Branch Manager and have worked with all of the staff to improve communication and team unity. I hope these changes make a positive impact on everyone’s employment with General Parts.       better watch your money. if they get caught messing your over its not big deal. they will pay unless its too far back then that's their excuse so watch them every check. and the mistakes always happen in their favor not yours.

      There's no pros to working here

      This is the worst place to work don't care about employees at all .They will rip you off the first chance they get.Don't pay for nothing out of your pocket takes forever to get reimbursed from this company but if you owe them two cents they are quick to collect. Best advice stay away .Company full of liars who speak with a fork tongue.
